COMMENCAL Service & Demo Centre Quebec


We’re proud to officially announce our COMMENCAL Service & Demo Centre in Quebec. We’ve partnered with Sam St Pierre from V.LOSaint-Basile to provide support and attentive servicing of our bikes on the east coast, as well as host our rental fleet of 2019 bikes to swing your leg over and take to the trails. The COMMENCAL CANADA HQ and warehouse is in Squamish - orders will continue to be shipped out from there and it will still offer demos and servicing. Sam St Pierre will be the best point of contact for all of our east-coast customers needing extra support for ordering, bike assembly, servicing and parts.

COMMENCAL has been direct-to-consumer in Canada for a little more than 2 years now, and whilst it has been a relatively new concept for some, it has already found a lot of appreciation and our goal is to ultimately pass on the savings to our customers. However, don’t let our price point fool you - we stand by high-quality alloy frames with different build options, for prices that are difficult to match.
 
Sam St Pierre has grown up in the bike industry since the age of 14. As the owner of V.LO Saint-Basile for 5 years and counting, Sam has made his mark in Quebec by attending most local community cycling events and has brought new energy around the sport. He believes in offering superior service and personalized support, so all are welcome to swing by the shop for some coffee, bike talk and good vibes.
We hope this new operation will be beneficial to those who are new to the mountain bike community and provide extra support to those who are not too familiar with the many parts of a bike. The COMMENCAL Service & Demo Centre Quebec will hopefully ease doubts of purchasing online; we’re stoked to have a rental fleet available for testing on trails familiar to you, and for you to see the beauty of the bikes in person rather than on-screen.
