Cécile Ravanel - History is Made

What an end to the season!

As seems customary these days, it's Finale Ligure in Italy, at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea where the Enduro World Series season finishes.

For the third consecutive year, Cécile Ravanel has won the overall title, but this time, she won every race. 8 out of 8. The perfect season!

It’s the first time since the beginning of the EWS that a rider has achieved this feat.

And what's more brilliant than to end up in a very close battle with Isabeau Courdurier who was leading the race before the last 2 stages. Cécile gave everything to win by the smallest margin of the season... 6s.

Bravo Cécile !

Finale Ligure is always a good race, with the crowds out in force and riders wanting to do well one last time before the winter break.

Théotim Trabac was no exception and he delivered a superb race, finishing 3rd, which allowed him to sign off on a 2nd place in the overall classification! Let’s not forget, he did miss the first 2 rounds of the season.

And that’s not all. Thanks also to the solid results of Yoann Barelli, the COMMENCAL VALLNORD Enduro team finished 3rd in the overall.

Obviously, we're already looking forward to 2019… But not before we go to Roc d'Azur 2018, where everyone will celebrate together!
