EWS 2019 – Segunda etapa en Tasmania

¡ En enduro, no hay descanso ! 

Solamente una semana después de la primera ronda de la ENDURO WOLD SERIES en ROTORUA, en Nueva-Zelanda, los Teams COMMENCAL VALLNORD ENDURO y COMMENCAL SRAM ENDURO están de vuelta para la segunda carrera.

A lo largo de la costa sur australiana, en Tasmania, Cédric y Cécile RAVANEL han podido presenciar nuevamente la destreza de Antoine VIDAL.

El joven piloto de 18 años terminó segundo la semana pasada, esta vez se imponía en la categoría U21, con más de 15 segundos de ventaja con el segundo. ¡ Impresionante !

En su segunda carrera en la categoría Elite, Théotim TRABAC finalizó 45^º.

Desafortunadamente para él, algunos errores de pilotaje en el inicio de carrera le hicieron perder un valioso tiempo.

Por su parte, nuestro piloto COMMENCAL SRAM ENDURO, Yoann BARELLI, tuvo mala suerte en esta segunda ronda. 

Después de dos pinchazos y una rueda rota en las especiales 2, 3 y 4, el terminó 57^º en la general. 

Se las arregló para subir puestos al final de carrera, terminando 15^º y 11^º en las últimas dos especiales. Un fin de semana difícil para él a pesar de las buenas sensaciones en la bici.

As I said earlier today, NEVER EVER GIVE UP GUYS !!! Today was a tough day for me, finishing the race with 2 flat tires and a broken wheel wasn’t the way I was expecting this race to happen, but when you are racing you have to accept things the way they come to you and only you can change the outcome of your day. I went with the flow of things, I kept smiling, got a good top 15 stage result on stage 5 at 6 second off the win and 11th in the last stage 4 second off the win with another flat tire and a broken wheel !! Tonight I’m pretty proud about myself for keeping on charging through this rough day and putting on some great stage results at the end of the day. It’s in these situations that the best of yourself shows up guys, and it’s in these situations that you get better in life. KEEP CHARGING, NO MATTER WHAT !!! The pace is here, I’m feeling good and confident on my bike, things will start clicking in soon 🤘!!
