EWS #8 - Zermatt - Cédric Ravanel’s Turn to Win the Overall

One month after Antoine Vidal's U21 overall victory in Northstar, Cédric Ravanel has taken the Masters overall title!
During the last round of the Enduro World Series in Zermatt (Switzerland), the battle was raging between Cédric Ravanel and Karim Amour who were tied at the top before the start of this final!

The COMMENCAL VALLNORD ENDURO Team rider knew that he simply had to be the fastest on the day to win the overall classification.
Having won the first four stages, Cédric Ravanel quickly achieved his first Enduro World Series Masters title!
Congrats Ced!

The team has indeed celebrated two titles this weekend!
Antoine Vidal, already winner of the U21 overall also finished his season with a final victory in Zermatt!
Well done to Antoine, what a year!

It’s a well known fact that Cécile Ravanel has been missing from competition this year but she couldn’t resist a play on some beautiful Swiss trails… Once again, she was able to accompany her teammates during training sessions and gradually build back up to full strength.
Good to see the wheelies flowing!

An extra race this year means the season is not yet over for these guys.
Next week they will finish the year with the Trophy of Nations in Finale Ligure, Italy.

Good luck to them for a final time in 2019!
